STAR Staff Awards 2022- Clients Nominations
The Annual STAR Staff Awards are designed to create a consistent and easy approach for STAR employees to be recognised for the dedication and hard work they demonstrate every day in supporting our clients and each other. The process is simple. You can choose to nominate any number of people in any category (listed below).
- COVID- 19 Hero Award is dedicated to an individual who has worked tirelessly to support STAR clients, and gone above and beyond to support them during this very difficult time
- Exceptional Frontline Service Award: This award recognises an individual who has gone above and beyond in caring for and supporting STAR clients. For this award, you can nominate any STAR staff who has provided you with a service in-person such as a driver, a direct support worker a STAR Tech tutor etc.
- Exceptional Customer Service Award: This award recognises STAR's office based employees who play a very important role of supporting our clients via phone or in person at our office locations.
- Exceptional Frontline Manager Award: This award recognises a STAR employee who demonstrates they are constantly there for their team. They have their staff's and clients' best interests at heart. They have been responsible for outstanding results and work during the last 12 months, which have seen great pressure and challenges.
This is your opportunity to recognise the skills, experience, expertise and contribution of our valued team members. Nominees and winners will be recognised at a special award ceremony in September.
