OP Shops Volunteers Wanted (and appreciated) for Drug ARM Op Shop

Drug ARM recently opened a NEW OP SHOP in CAPALABA!

Join their new Volunteer team and make a difference in your community all while making new friends, getting creative with fashion and learning new skills in retail. Be there from the very start!

Drug ARM Op Shops provide a safe and friendly work environment for volunteers, customers, donors and community. Drug ARM Op Shops sell clothing, bric-a-brac, books, accessories and homewares to raise funds to support the counselling, Street Outreach Service and education missions of the organisation.

The work of the Op Shops is important and meaningful as proceeds of all retail operations help to fund services delivered by Drug ARM.

This role is open to volunteers of all abilities. Volunteers will be provided with training and support. 

Drug ARM are seeking volunteers who have a desire to help, a willingness to learn and enjoy working and contributing as part of a team. 

Volunteers shifts are between 4 to 7.5 hours. Volunteer for one or more days. 

Volunteers need to:

  • be over 15 years of age
  • obtain a Blue Card (Drug ARM will assist with this)

*This is a Centrelink approved activity.
