About the Role

Reporting to the Client Planning and Service Delivery Manager, you will lead and support Coordinators responsible for a range of CHSP-funded services, including:

• Domestic Assistance
• Home Maintenance
• Home Adjustments
• Social Support (Group)
• Social Support (Individual)
• Assistance with Care and Housing (ACH) – Hoarding and Squalor
