Support at Home

STAR can support you in the process of accessing and managing your Support at Home (home care package from level 1 to level 4). We are an award-winning non-profit organisation operating since 1996. Give us a call on 3821 6699 to get started!

With STAR, you will receive:

• Dedicated Care Coordinator and a consistent reliable support team
• You will have a designated team of Support workers who will deliver services to you in your home
• Individualised support plan
• After hours emergency contacts
• Get exclusive access to unique services that enhance your independence e.g. technology training, home safety assessment and customised social programs
• Nursing assessment upon commencement and then annually, or as required.

STAR Support at Home services include but are not limited to:

• In-home help
• Transport
• Social activities
• Health and wellbeing

The Australian Government is improving in-home aged care to help older people live independently at home for longer. The Support at Home program has commenced from 1 November 2025.
