With STAR, you will receive:

Dedicated Care Coordinator and a consistent reliable support team
You will have a designated team of Support workers who will deliver services to you in your home
Individualised support plan
After hours emergency contacts
Get exclusive access to unique services that enhance your independence e.g. technology training, home safety assessment and customised social programs
Nursing assessment upon commencement and then annually, or as required.

Support at Home

The Australian Government is improving in-home aged care to help older people live independently at home for longer. The Support at Home program has commenced from 1 November 2025.
