The Redlands Coast Museum is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with the setup and pack-down of museum events, exhibitions, community activities, and special functions.

As an Events Set Up & Pack-Down Volunteer, you may assist with:

πŸͺ‘ Setting up tables, chairs, marquees, displays, and event spaces
πŸ“¦ Moving and arranging equipment and materials for events and exhibitions
🎨 Assisting with event decorations, signage, and presentation areas
🎟️ Helping prepare venues before guests arrive
🧹 Assisting with pack-down, cleaning, and restoring areas after events
πŸ“‹ Supporting museum staff and volunteers with event logistics
🀝 Working as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly and safely
πŸŽ‰ Contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable experience for visitors and guests
