As a Touchscreen Display Research Volunteer, you may assist with:
π Researching local history topics, people, places, and events relevant to the museum's collections
π Gathering historical information, photographs, and supporting materials from reliable sources
π₯οΈ Assisting with the development and organisation of content for touchscreen displays
π Writing and editing short, engaging descriptions and historical summaries
π Organising digital files, images, and research records
π€ Working with museum teams to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and engaging for visitors
ποΈ Helping bring Redlands Coast history to life through interactive displays

We are looking for volunteers who:

Have good computer skills and confidence using online research tools
π Enjoy researching and learning about local history
π Have good written communication and attention to detail
π Can work independently and follow research guidelines
π‘ Are curious and enjoy discovering historical stories and information
π€ Can work collaboratively with museum staff and volunteers
ποΈ Have an interest in local history and community involvement
