Single Assessment System (SAS)

A simplified My Aged Care system that makes it easier for elderly people to access government-funded aged care services.

CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Programme)

A government-funded Aged Care program that can provide low-level and basic help for your needs. So you can live independently and safely at home.

Support at Home (formerly Home Care Package)

A My Aged Care program that can help you if you need much more support, care or help than others with everyday tasks

Regional Assessment Service (RAS)

If you need low-level support to stay independent in your home, My Aged Care may recommend a home support assessment with a RAS assessor. This type of support is provided through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

Care Finder.

A person who supports people who need extra support. Care Finders is a free service that can help you learn, set up, and apply to support services.
